you know, I got all dressed up and went out.
had my fave, sushi, at a new place...it was good. tried some new stuff.
talked to the people next to us.
I am wearing make-up, AND a cute skirt!
I was home by 10:15.
what a waste.

Yeah, I was home by then too. I was just proud of myself for getting out to dinner in the first place.

I was home early last night too. My kids played their new instruments until 9pm.
Guess how impressed the neighbours are with me?
Great build up, bad let down.
It is better to have gone out and come home early, than to have never gone out at all (or something like that).

ooohhhh...the shoes...they were a lighter tan than my skin. Two straps; one at the base of my toes, and the other just over the bridge of my foot...some silver accents, including a toe ring, and cajun shrimp polish...with a heel just high enough to make my calves look pronounced but still sleek...
